RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order #, picture and description of the damaged/incorrect item. After review, we will contact you with return instructions.

If a refund is honored for any reason aside from what has been outlined above, then you will be compensated in the form of a store credit.
REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if a refund is honored for any reason, you will be issued in the form of a store credit.
SHIPPING/ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. To avoid any delays in delivery, please be sure to double check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for addresses that are incorrect or undeliverable. Please be sure to double check to shipping address before submitting your order. In addition, we are unable to process refunds for shipping charges.

Of note, order processing and shipping may be extended during holidays and sales.
DELIVERY
We currently offer two shipping options via USPS. When using standard shipping option, your package will be delivered between 3 and 5 business days AFTER it has been shipped. When using express shipping option, your package will be delivered between 1 and 3 business days AFTER it has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery issues unless this is at our fault. While we will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, it becomes the responsibility of USPS once it leaves our hands. If there are any issues, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
